How does Seraph Secure protect me?

Seraph Secure is a software program that you install on your computer to keep you and your loved ones safe. It helps prevent you from falling victim to online scams by blocking malicious websites, phishing attempts, and stopping scammers from accessing your computer by monitoring background processes and browsing data. Seraph Secure also has the ability to provide real time alerts to a guardian (a trusted friend or family member).

How much does Seraph Secure cost?

Seraph Secure is available as one comprehensive plan that includes all features of the application for $2/month per device - just choose the number of devices you want protected.

What devices will Seraph Secure work on?

Currently, Seraph Secure is supported on Windows 10 and 11 operating systems. MacOS, as well as iOS and Android support, are already in development and expected to be released in the near future.

Does Seraph Secure collect my information and monitor my browsing history?

Seraph Secure has your privacy in mind and aims to protect it. In order to keep you safe, Seraph Secure does monitor web activity, however, we do not log, track or sell your data. If you do visit a scam website, we will store that information so your guardian can be notified. Information that is not related to a scam will not be stored or tracked. See Privacy Policy.

Is Seraph Secure an antivirus?

No, Seraph Secure is not an antivirus but is compatible with antivirus software and can work in conjunction with it. It is important to note that they work in different ways and one is not a replacement for the other. An antivirus software can prevent you from downloading malware and viruses and help you remove them, however, they cannot keep scammers from connecting to your computer. Seraph Secure was developed to protect you from online scams. Seraph Secure is able to scan processes and detect specific activity scammers use. Seraph Secure can also block malicious websites, phishing attempts, and send real-time alerts.

If I get an alert, can I still safely use my computer?
